Fantasia helped several of us plan a rather a complicated to China and Thailand. She helped us select (and then booked) hotels, arranged for transfers and tours and of course booked flights. Throughout tis process she was responsive and pleasant.
The trip went fine. All the transfer agents were at the airport -- very important when you're jet lagged and tired. Fantasia continued to respond when we moved back a transfer time to get to the airport earlier than planned due to traffic.
It's hard to find a good travel agent these days. Fantasia is a keeper.
